Colours Day (Primary Students)

18 July 2025

A RAINBOW OF JOY: COLOURS DAY CELEBRATED WITH ENTHUSIASM BY PRIMARY STUDENTS

A wave of bright hues and cheerful smiles swept through the campus as students from 1st Standard to 5th Standard came together to celebrate Colours Day.

Dressed in vibrant outfits representing various colours of the rainbow, the young learners lit up the school grounds with their energy and excitement. From red to violet, each grade level was assigned a specific colour, turning classrooms and hallways into a beautiful spectrum of joy and creativity.

The celebration began with a colourful assembly where students sang songs, danced, and spoke a few lines about the importance and symbolism of their chosen colours. The program highlighted how colours bring happiness, promote creativity, and reflect different emotions in our lives. Art and craft activities followed the morning assembly, with students creating rainbow-themed drawings, paper flowers, colourful handprints, and other creative crafts. The joy of self-expression was evident on their faces as they proudly displayed their work. Teachers also joined in the fun, dressed in matching colours and guiding students. The atmosphere was festive and heartwarming. The Colours Day celebration successfully combined learning, creativity, and fun, leaving a lasting impression on the young minds. It served as a reminder that every colour is beautiful and, together, they make the world a brighter and happier place.
